Terms and Conditions
致各位家長：
感謝參與 Kitty Artist’s Studio 之課程。煩請花數分鐘閱讀以下條款及須知。
Dear Parents,
Thank you for joining the lessons at Kitty Artist’s Studio. Please take a few minutes to read the following terms and conditions carefully.
1. 學費安排 Tuition Policy
所有已繳交之費用均不設退款，亦不得轉讓予其他學生。
All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable to another student.
2. 課堂安排 Lesson Schedule
所有課堂必須按照已編定之時間及週次完成，一經報名及付款後，恕不接受改期或順延。
All lessons must be attended according to the scheduled timetable. No postponement or rescheduling of lessons will be arranged once payment has been made.
3. 請假及補課 Absence and Make-up Lessons
如遇特殊情況，學生可申請請假一次。家長須聯絡所屬分校安排補課時間。補課內容及安排由本畫室保留最終決定權。
Students may apply for one absence per course due to special circumstances. Parents are required to contact the branch directly to arrange a make-up lesson. The Studio reserves the right to determine the content and arrangement of the make-up lesson.
4. 補課期限 Make-up Lesson Deadline
所有補課必須於 2026 年 8 月 31 日或之前完成，並需視乎本畫室可提供之時間安排。如未有事先通知而缺席補課，將視作自動放棄該課堂。
All make-up lessons must be arranged and completed on or before 31 August 2026, subject to the Studio’s available schedule. Any missed make-up lesson without prior notice will be considered forfeited.
5. 逾期補課 Expired Make-up Lessons
如學生未能於 2026 年 8 月 31 日前完成補課，該課堂將視作自動放棄，本畫室恕不另行通知。
Any lesson not made up by 31 August 2026 will be considered automatically forfeited without further notice.
6. 補課預約 Advance Booking for Make-up Lessons
所有補課均須提前預約。如學生未經預約而前來補課，本畫室將收取港幣 $50 行政費用。
All make-up lessons must be booked in advance. A HKD $50 administration fee will be charged for students attending a make-up lesson without prior arrangement.
7. 接送及遲到安排 Punctuality and Pick-up Arrangements
本畫室所有課堂均會準時開始及結束，遲到學生將不獲補時。
如家長未能準時接送學生，請於課堂開始前通知所屬分校。若家長多次延遲接學生下課，並因此影響本畫室運作，本畫室有權收取額外一節課堂費用作補償，而不作另行通知。
All lessons will start and end on time. No extra time or lesson extension will be provided for late arrivals.
If parents are unable to pick up students on time, please notify the branch before the lesson begins. Repeated late pick-up causing disruption to the Studio’s operations may result in an additional lesson fee being charged as compensation without further notice.
8. 惡劣天氣安排 Bad Weather Arrangements
當八號或以上颱風訊號、或黑色暴雨警告生效時，本畫室將停課。家長請留意本畫室網站或相關公告。
因惡劣天氣而取消之課堂均不設退款，本畫室將安排於 2026 年 8 月 31 日前補回相關課堂。
Lessons will be cancelled when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is in effect. Parents are advised to pay attention to announcements on our Studio website.
No refunds will be provided for lessons cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. The Studio will arrange make-up lessons before 31 August 2026.
9. 最終決定權 Final Decision
如有任何爭議，Kitty Artist’s Studio 保留最終決定權。
In the event of any disputes, Kitty Artist’s Studio reserves the right of final decision.
